Courses in homeopathy are given both at bachelor level as well as masters level:
BHMS: Stands for Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery, which can be pursued by students who have completed their 12th level exam from the science stream. The duration of this course is five and a half years, and admission is made based on the entrance exam conducted at state and national levels. After completion of the course, the student has a lot of career options such as he/she can become a doctor, scientist, therapist, a professor in college and can earn up to 3 to 5 lakhs. For pursuing this course, the student should possess experimental, research, and development skills. After completion of BHMS if a person wishes for further higher studies, then he/she can do Masters of Science in psychiatry, regenerative medicine, or hospital management.
One can go for employment in fields like hospitals, research centers, etc. They can be a consultant, homeopath, pharmacist.
